We have an exciting opportunity for an Editorial and Content Lead to join our Editorial and Publications team

About us and the role

Here at the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), our core job is driving confidence and trust in legal services.

Whether it’s the impact of AI, shifting risks in the legal market, or high-profile cases such as the Post Office Horizon scandal, our work is in the spotlight. We do an important job and we are looking for an Editorial and Content Lead to help make sure our communications have the right impact.

This role focuses on writing and copyediting content across a range of channels, translating technical and complex policy ideas into plain, accessible English and championing our tone of voice. The successful individual will be able to offer expertise to the wider organisation on best writing practice and the development of writing skills, create engaging, authentic copy and collaborate with colleagues, offering campaign and project support. The roleholder will report into the Head of Editorial and Publications.
