Head of Learning and Development

Requirements of the role

We are looking for a Head of Learning and Development (L&D) to join us in a brand new role at the Regulator of Social Housing.

The role will focus on the delivery of key learning and development projects and will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the L&D function and services to enable the regulator to deliver its objective.

At the Regulator of Social Housing, we are in a period of change and transformation as from 1st April we have extended our remit, giving us additional powers and responsibilities around the importance of safe, decent homes for social housing tenants and of social housing landlords being transparent and accountable to their tenants.  As a result, this is a great time to join us and help us shape the organisation.
