Requirements of the role

A typically day will usually mean responding to routine queries and requests from colleagues and managers and providing effective support across the People and Culture function. Working against set policies and agreed service levels, you’ll be involved in the preparation and administration of People and Culture documentation covering the full employee lifecycle, including offer letters, employment contracts, payroll notifications, parental leave, internal moves, and leavers. Central to the role is SuccessFactors, our information system and People portal, where you will be accountable for accurate and timely input of data and taking appropriate action to maintain the correct organisation, employee, and job records. The role will require you to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and attention to detail to ensure the integrity of personal data and People and Culture records.
