Requirements of the role

The Supervision Hub is a key part of the Authorisations Division within the Conduct Business Unit. Our customers are both the regulated community and members of the public. As first point of contact the Supervision Hub handles calls from regulated firms as well as from consumers every day.

 

The Supervision Hub has accreditation from the Contact Centre Association (CCA), an organisation recognised as a professional body for Contact Centres.  This highlights the Supervision Hub as an area committed to continual improvement and professionalism not only in its processes and procedures but also for its people.

 

We now have a full-time administrator vacancy which will involve working with, and supporting the Supervision Hub Senior Manager and management team on a day-to-day basis. The position offers a variety of activities, including an opportunity to cover the Head of Department (HoD)’s PA role over holiday periods, and being an involved and vital part of the department.

 

What you will be doing

  • Managing and taking ownership of the diaries/providing administrative support to the Senior Manager and several Managers
  • Providing support to, and cover for, the Head of Department’s (HoDs) PA
  • Co-ordinating meeting agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions, creating and maintaining team OneNote
  • Leading on administrative tasks for the department, including but not exclusive to:
    • booking meeting rooms ensuring they have all necessary equipment
    • arranging travel
    • onboarding/offboarding staff (lockers, email distribution lists, updating the organogram, etc)
    • requesting laptops and systems ready for new joiners and ensuring all requests are actioned on time
    • Assisting with recruitment
    • Co-ordinating/organising events
