As the UK’s communications regulator, we’re delivering vital work that helps keep the UK connected and shapes the future of how we’ll stay connected with each other. Through our Graduate Programme, you’ll jump straight into working on major projects that truly matter. From collaborating with our expert teams to leading initiatives that have a real-world impact, you’ll not only grow, but thrive.

Policy, Research and Enforcement Pathway: You’ll get hands-on experience through a two-year programme, where you’ll rotate between different projects and departments, learning everything from creating new policies to monitoring content standards. One day, you could be shaping the UK’s future; the next you’ll be crafting policies that make the online world a safer place.

Specialist Pathway: Whether your passion lies in engineering, economics, or technology you’ll develop top-tier technical and leadership skills to help you stand out. We’ll support you as you build on the talents you already have and uncover the ones you didn’t know you had.
