Highways Performance Analyst

Requirements of the role

This role can be based at any of our office locations: London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, York or Glasgow.

In this role you will have the opportunity to monitor, challenge and report on National Highways’ performance against its key performance indicator targets. Your decisions could influence a company responsible for £23 billion of investment and affecting millions of daily journeys. You will develop knowledge of performance areas you will lead, such as delay on the network and environmental impacts. You will work closely with other members of the team when supporting larger cross-team pieces of work. You will gain experience pushing National Highways on delivering its targets and play a key role in producing and publishing our annual assessment of National Highways’ performance in Parliament.

At ORR we have adopted hybrid working and are currently expected to work from a workplace location for a minimum of two days per week.
