Policy Executive – Consumer

Requirements of the role

This role can be based at any of our office locations: London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, York or Glasgow.

You will be working to create a better experience for rail passengers, supporting policy and compliance projects across the breadth of the ORR consumer team’s work.  You will use evidence to understand the passenger experience, put forward ideas for how ORR can use its powers to have the greatest positive impact, and contribute to our industry interventions.

At ORR we have adopted hybrid working and are currently expected to work from a workplace location for a minimum of two days per week.
