The team
The Modern Workplace Team is a Lean-Agile function responsible for defining, prioritising and implementing key features and enhancements to our M365 services, ensuring we always remain aligned with out Records and Information Management Policies (Strategy 25). The Team works closely with Technology and Architecture to lead the implementation of FCA Digital Workplace Strategy, providing tools for effective collaboration and performance. The team engages with teams right across the organisation to ensure business requirements are captured, consistent policy adherence, supporting training needs and delivering the best possible user experiences.
What will you be doing?
Support colleagues in using SharePoint and Teams Channels.
Conduct product and user research, analyse market trends and recommend feature enhancements
Collaborate with over 5500 internal customers to understand needs and translate them into EPICS, features and user stories for the Team’s Backlog
Lead end user training and drop-in sessions to ensure full support for customers
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous value within an Agile framework
Drive business change by presenting new features at forums across the organisation
