Be at the heart of decision-making that protects energy consumers across Great Britain. Ofgem is looking for a Senior Business Support & Co-ordination Manager to join our Enforcement Policy and Prevention Team and help shape the smooth operation of one of our most critical governance functions.

You’ll be empowered to take ownership, shape improvements, and contribute directly to protecting consumers.

You’ll play a key role at the centre of our Enforcement Policy and Prevention team, where strategic thinking meets operational delivery. Working closely with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and external panel members, you’ll ensure the Enforcement Decision Panel functions efficiently, and champion smarter working across the portfolio.
