What will you be doing?
Lead the thoughtful delivery of intelligence across complex topics, ensuring sensitive insights are shared responsibly with both internal and external partners to support critical decision-making
Craft high-quality, insight-driven intelligence products for a broad range of stakeholders, demonstrating diligence, curiosity and a commitment to excellence
Champion and own projects that strengthen team effectiveness—driving progress with a collaborative mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
Serve as a trusted advisor on financial crime and intelligence, offering expert guidance with clarity and confidence to empower colleagues and partners alike
Build and nurture strong, values-based relationships—amplifying the FCA’s intelligence impact through inclusive, transparent engagement
Support and uplift colleagues through coaching, mentoring and pastoral care, while stepping into leadership roles with flexibility, empathy and purpose
