Ofgem is Great Britain’s independent energy regulator. This role provides supports to the Delivery and Schemes audit programme, through working with contracted auditors to safeguard/ensure compliance of the social and environmental schemes administered by Ofgem.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Senior audit lead, Participant Audit and other audit team members in the implementation and delivery of external audit programmes undertaken by our contracted auditors.
Contributing to updating existing practices and procedures, where appropriate.
Key Outputs and Deliverables
The key outputs and deliverables of this role will be to support FIT and/or RO/REGO generator, agent and supplier audits by:
Compilation of audit information packs (including some use of data analytics software to obtain relevant data), ensuring these are sent to contracted auditors in a timely manner
Reviewing draft audit reports, and drafting letters summarising audit findings
Chasing, collating and responding to correspondence from audited parties by telephone, email or letter
Logging and monitoring progress of audits using internal systems and processes
Maintaining, testing and updating internal systems and administrative processes from time to time
Adhering to KPI deadlines and expectation of managing own workload to meet the KPI requirements
