We’re looking for an Associate Supervisor to join our Fund Supervision team within the Asset Management Department. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative and purpose-driven environment at a leading Financial Services Regulator. You’ll help shape a growing supervision function that combines quantitative fund screening with qualitative analysis to support fair, transparent and competitive financial markets.
In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues to monitor investment funds, respond to emerging risks and contribute to sector-wide and event-driven initiatives. Your work will sit at the heart of asset management, influencing outcomes for households and financial markets across the UK and beyond. We value teamwork, continuous learning and diverse perspectives—and we’re committed to creating an inclusive space where your contributions are recognised and supported.

- Work with large datasets to uncover insights, identify trends or risks and clearly communicate findings to guide next steps
- Collaborate with firm supervisors to provide timely market and product intelligence that strengthens industry engagement
- Respond to emerging issues and developments in the fund sector through event-driven, reactive supervision work
- Build trusted relationships with firms and fund managers to positively influence conduct and drive better outcomes for customers
- Partner with Fund Authorisations and Policy teams to support their goals and contribute to continuous improvement across the department
