The Data, Technology and Innovation (DTI) division enables the FCA to be a digital-first, data-led smart regulator by delivering a secure, agile, and cost-effective technology and data ecosystem that drives better decisions, transparency, and operational efficiency. Sitting within DTI, the Digital Intelligence Solutions team deliver a Digital Unified Intelligence Environment (DUIE) to surface insights for action through tools, dashboards, and bespoke analysis.

Role responsibilities

  • Analyse solution designs, perform technical assessments, deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and create high-quality documentation to define future engineering standards
  • Implement and manage Conditional Access Policies to strengthen security, maintain compliance and safeguard the organisation’s digital environment
  • Develop dynamic Power BI compliance dashboards and design KQL queries to produce actionable insights, support informed decisions and enhance performance
  • Collaborate with Azure stakeholders to boost platform efficiency, control budgets, optimise costs and apply automation to streamline operations
  • Work with the Resiliency Team to design, implement and test disaster recovery strategies ensuring reliability, data integrity and uninterrupted service delivery
  • Contribute to shaping the FCA’s Azure estate, gaining hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies while advancing technical and professional skills
