Next Generation NEDs – Spotlight event

For our final Spotlight session of 2025, UKRN were thrilled to welcome Nicolina Andall, a distinguished Portfolio Non-Executive Director and Corporate Commercial General Counsel (Solicitor), with over 25 years’ qualified professional experience.

In 2020, Nicolina was appointed by the Lord Chancellor to the London Recruitment Advisory Committee regarding the appointment of London Magistrates and currently serves as Deputy Chair. In 2024 she was appointed by His Majesty the King to become a Judicial Appointments Commissioner, with responsibility for the appointment of Judges in England & Wales and is Chair of Audit & Risk Committee. In 2025, she was appointed by the Law Society to sit on the King’s Counsel Selection Panel. Commencing 2026, she will sit on the Auditor Registration Committee, carrying regulatory oversight duties on behalf of the ICAEW

Nicolina is a Senior Independent Panel Member and has sat on many selection panels for Ofcom, MoJ and DfT since 2018, making Ministerial recommendations in respect of Chairs, SIDs and NEDs for public boards. She has a history of board, regulatory and advisory roles in various corporate, charitable and not for profit organisations.
