Engagement Business Lead

Requirements of the role

As Engagement Lead, you will play a key role in helping The Pensions Regulator deliver its corporate strategy and support a pensions system that is resilient, sustainable and focused on member outcomes. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing and Engagement, Public Affairs and the wider organisation, you will shape how we engage with the pensions industry at a time of significant reform and change. You will lead our stakeholder engagement function, ensuring engagement activity is focused on the areas where it can make the greatest difference and supports TPR’s strategic priorities. The role brings together stakeholder engagement, communications and insight, creating opportunities for meaningful dialogue with industry partners and helping us better understand the needs and perspectives of our audiences. Through leadership of a specialist team, you will build strong relationships across the market, develop effective engagement approaches and ensure stakeholder insight informs decision-making. Your work will contribute directly to improved outcomes for pension savers and help shape how TPR works with the industry to deliver positive change.
