Workplace Delivery Officer

Ofgem

The energy regulator for Great Britain, https://www.ofgem.gov.uk/about-us/working-ofgem

Requirements of the role

We’re offering a permanent role with the chance to become a visible and valued part of the working day for colleagues across our London office. You’ll join our Estates Function, helping create an engaging workplace where people have the environment and support they need to work effectively. Based on site five days a week, you’ll play an important part in maintaining a consistently positive workplace experience.

This is a varied role where you’ll build relationships across Ofgem and work closely with external service providers, becoming a trusted point of contact for the people who use and support our workplace. You’ll have the scope to take ownership, solve problems and make a tangible difference to colleagues every day, while contributing to the wider success of our Estates and Workplace team.

We’re looking for someone with strong customer service and organisational skills, an approachable manner and the ability to confidently manage a varied and changing workload. You’ll combine clear communication and good IT capabilities with excellent attention to detail, initiative and a practical approach to resolving workplace issues. Additionally, you will need to be First Aid and Incident Control Manager trained.
