Cost of Capital Annual Report

The UKRN 2023 Cost of Capital Annual Report provides an update on the decisions taken by regulators over the past year. 

The paper contains references to the UKRN guidance on the methodology for setting the cost of capital, published in March 2023. 

The regulators involved recognise the value of further alignment and collaboration in approaches and are committed to continuing this collaboration going forward.
