Requirements of the role

The Strategic People and Culture Business Partner is a solution and delivery focused, commercially minded people and culture professional whose primary purpose is to enable Executive Committee Directors and senior leadership teams to deliver CAA wide strategic objectives through an integrated planning approach, driving cultural change and building leadership capability.

 

This senior role holder will act as an agent for change within the organisation balancing strategic and local needs.

 

About You

 

Minimum essential requirements for the role:

  • Demonstrated experience and passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and leading cultural change across the workplace.
  • Commercial orientation with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Proficient knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Experience in organisation design and development – including team dynamics and culture change.
  • Proven ability to inspire, coach and develop effective relationships with all members of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information; high degrees of integrity and discretion are essential.
  • Comfortable working in a culture of constant change and demonstrated track record of success in creative problem solving.

 

Desirable skills for the role:

  • Relevant professional qualifications preferable e.g. MCIPD, psychometric testing, MSc in Organisational Behaviour or similar
  • Previous aviation industry experience
