Requirements of the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Capability Development Consultant that will drive capability in instructional design to advance organisational capability across the FCA. This role will support the design, development and implementation of high-impact learning solutions aimed at building workforce capabilities to underpin our current and future strategies. The role will require extensive collaboration across all areas of the FCA to create innovative learning experiences that drive employee growth, performance and engagement.
What you will be doing?
- The primary responsibility of this role is to provide proactive strategic input into capability / learning agendas and discussions with key stakeholders and sponsors to strengthen key capabilities that support our business plan and the transformation agenda
- Provide subject matter expertise into building the most effective blended learning solutions (E.g. 70:20:10 model)
- Develop and manage relationships with divisional stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Accountable for managing projects and ‘business as usual’ to agreed outputs, time and budget
- Responsible for evaluating the success of key learning activities and reporting back to key stakeholders
- Responsible for activity, resource, budget and risk management within key projects and activities
- Enhancing the Organisational Capability and HR brand and credibility
