HR Directors networking event

In October 2025, we held another annual networking event for our HR Directors network, hosted at the Financial Conduct Authority offices in London.

We were delighted to have so many of our members represented and welcomed a range of external speakers on a variety of topics alongside network updates.

This included an inspirational career journey review from Kerri O’Neill (former Chief People Officer at Ofcom), an update on the latest developments in employment law from Deloitte Legal and a session on resilience from Ofgem.

There were some great discussions and we had excellent feedback from both speakers and participants – we’re already looking forward to next year’s event!
