What makes a good Non-Executive Director?

We are delighted to be welcoming our latest guest speaker, Dr Roger Barker (Director of Policy and Corporate Governance) from the Institute of Directors, who will be discussing the IoD’s recent Code of Conduct for Directors. The code is structured around six key principles (Leading By Example, Integrity, Transparency, Accountability, Fairness and Responsible Business) and is intended to help directors navigate the complex trade-offs that they deal with.
