The ED Markets Office in SPC supports the ED in managing diary commitments, liaising with staff and external stakeholders and ensuring communication and co-ordination with the CEO’s and other Directors’ offices. The Office also provides the ED with direct advice and briefing, as well as supporting staff needing to engage directly.
What will you be doing?
Manage the office inbox and review queue, using sound judgment to address and escalate requests effectively
Provide coordination and support for the Executive Director’s workflow, including document review and approval processes
Compile and distribute internal communications and updates across the division.
Offer administrative support such as booking meetings, arranging logistics, processing expenses and general assistance
Serve as the contact for records management and act as SharePoint lead, maintaining digital records and resources
Contribute to broader office operations by supporting colleagues, assisting with planning activities and maintaining internal platforms and documentation
