This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in creating, managing, and optimising video and photographic content across websites and social media. You’ll deliver creative assets quickly and effectively for both internal and external audiences.

Highly organised and creative, you will thrive in fast-paced environments and bring strong skills in video production, editing, graphics, and photography to elevate our communications campaigns. As part of our design team, you’ll develop corporate video and photography that supports FCA priorities, driving public confidence and behaviour change. You’ll collaborate closely with strategic comms partners and senior leaders—including ExCo—to tailor content for specific audiences and channels, while assessing its impact and effectiveness.

What will you be doing?

Lead video and photography content creation that brings FCA’s strategic messages to life across internal and external platforms
Shape creative direction for digital storytelling, producing engaging assets aligned with communication goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to advise on video best practice, developing clear scripts, storyboards and visual messaging
Oversee all aspects of production, pre-production planning, filming, post-production editing and visual enhancement
Capture and edit high-quality photography for diverse channels, maintaining brand consistency and accessibility standards
Manage equipment and stay current with trends to deliver innovative, polished content while contributing to a high-performing design culture
