Deputy Director Future Organisation and Operating Model

Requirements of the role

We’re looking for either an established Deputy Director, aspiring SCS leader or equivalent senior professional with experience shaping strategy and leading complex organisational change. You’ll have a track record of developing and implementing organisational strategies, operating models, organisational design or transformation programmes, alongside the ability to turn complex evidence and strategic priorities into practical plans. The ability to influence senior stakeholders and experience leading multidisciplinary teams will also be essential.

In return, you’ll have the chance to tackle complex, high-profile work that takes you beyond the immediate challenge to define what comes next. You’ll work on questions that will shape Ofgem for years to come, whilst broadening your influence and continuing to grow as a senior leader.
