The Digital & Design team supports the FCA in delivering clear, concise, and constructive communication. We are responsible for the FCA brand, designing collateral that reinforces key messages, producing accessible publications, and creating engaging assets and campaigns for use across a variety of channels. We also develop digital content for the FCA website, focusing on user journeys and best practices to uphold high standards and help achieve the FCA’s operational objectives.

What will you be doing?

Publish a range of high-profile communications, content pages, corporate publications, news items, and updates to the FCA website using the content management system (CMS), ensuring all activity follows digital publishing processes for audit purposes

Write, edit, and design content that is accurate, accessible, and user-focused – applying the FCA’s house style, SEO principles, and best practices in user-centred design and accessibility

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure content meets digital standards and aligns with the FCA’s brand, tone, and strategy

Respond to and manage content requests, including daily and weekly news, email alerts, and warnings, while also maintaining content accuracy for external audiences

Contribute to website improvement through user feedback, horizon scanning, and support of key projects such as the Annual Report and corporate strategy content

Participate in a rota system to support early, late, and emergency publishing requirements
