Requirements of the role

Key Responsibilities of this Role 

  • Support the determination of various regulatory regimes across Ofgem such as RIIO price controls, Cap and Floor Regime for Interconnectors, OFTO Tender Rounds Review, and Electricity System Operator (ESO) to National Energy System Operator (NESO) transition.
  • Support the finance policy development, including analysis where required, for the aforementioned regulatory regimes.
  • Plan and deliver a set of work deliverables on time and to a high standard through individual effort and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to manage interdependencies, risks and resourcing to support portfolio delivery.
  • Demonstrate inclusive ways of working within the team and the wider organisation.
  • Communicate continuously with policy colleagues across all levels to ensure full understanding of Ofgem policies and decisions.
