The HR Policy and Delivery Department is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and delivering HR services across the organisation.
The role will report into a Senior Manager and will work closely with the HR Systems team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high performing HR division, which will enable the FCA to deliver its priorities by driving cultural change and increasing organisational effectiveness, whilst supporting HR delivery
What will you be doing?
Play a critical role in the refresh and redesign of the overall HR digital customer journey for FCA/PSR colleagues, including with our HR systems
Create, improve and manage user centred digital HR content that meets user needs. This will include participation in initiatives including the refresh of our Employee Handbook and HR knowledge articles
Use data and evidence to identify user needs. Map journeys and user stories to inform content strategy and design decisions
Design digital HR user journeys and logical navigation across a content library to approved digital standards
Create, improve and manage user centred digital HR content that meets user needs. This will include participation in initiatives including the refresh of our Employee Handbook and HR knowledge articles
Identify and build strong relationships with HR stakeholders, influencing and collaborating with them to improve the structure and quality of digital content
Promote content design discipline: sharing knowledge and best practices across HR to elevate the role and impact of digital content design
