HR Systems Associate

Reliable people data relies on well-managed HR technology, and our HR Systems Associate plays an important role in supporting and maintaining our HR systems.

Working as part of the HR Analytics & Systems team, this role provides day-to-day support for Workday and associated HR technologies. You will help ensure the smooth operation of HR processes, support colleagues across HR and the wider organisation, investigate system issues, maintain data quality and contribute to system improvements.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your Workday skills through hands-on involvement in configuration activities, testing, data management and integrations support, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) data loads. This role is ideal for someone with some experience of HR systems who enjoys problem-solving, working with data and delivering a positive user experience.
