Requirements of the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Investigations Knowledge and Development team as a Quality Assurance Officer. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in quality assurance, regulatory oversight, investigations, compliance, risk, or other complex operational environments. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of assessing quality, identifying trends and risks, and driving continuous improvement through robust analysis and constructive feedback. This is a hybrid role.

What we are looking for

  • Relevant academic qualification and related experience, or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of the application of relevant legislation, regulatory standards, processes and procedures
  • Experience of undertaking analytical quality assurance work in a similar environment and identifying risks, trends and areas of improvement
  • Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to deliver concise, constructive feedback.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships, at all levels across the organisation
  • Strong organisational skills demonstrating an ability effectively manage self and others time.
