The Data, Technology and Innovation (DTI) division enables the FCA to be a digital-first, data-led smart regulator by delivering a secure, agile and cost-effective technology and data ecosystem that drives better decisions, transparency and operational efficiency. The Intelligence and Digital department within DTI division drives a digital-first regulatory approach, leveraging advanced analytics, AI and emerging technologies to enhance intelligence, decision-making and market oversight.
Role responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues across the organisation in mastering SharePoint and Teams Channels to make collaboration seamless and efficient
- Shape the future of our tools by conducting product and user research analysing market trends and recommending feature enhancements that keep us ahead
- Turn ideas into impact by collaborating with a broad range of internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into EPICs, features and user stories for the Agile backlog
- Empower our people by leading engaging training sessions and hosting drop-in clinics ensuring every user feels confident and supported
- Drive innovation across teams by collaborating with cross-functional experts to deliver continuous value improve the digital workplace experience and champion change by showcasing new features at forums inspiring colleagues to embrace modern ways of working
- Lead Power Tooling initiatives leveraging Power Platform capabilities to transform ways of working automate processes and deliver impactful solutions across the organization with exposure to high-profile stakeholders and directors
