We are currently looking for an Organisational Development Officer to join us in a brand new role at the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH).

Job Description:
Working as part of our Corporate Services team and reporting into the OD Manager, you will work to provide expert advice and practice around organisational development and its application across a range of areas, including EDI, leadership development and staff engagement. You will apply your specialist knowledge to design and deliver interventions, supporting RSH in effective delivery of our corporate objectives.
You will develop and lead on projects in line with our OD work programme, such as working on delivery of our staff surveys, aligning this to our overall People Plan and EDI strategy, as well as supporting change programmes. You will provide support to staff and senior management, developing strategies to enable the organisation to adapt to external change and will also represent the regulator when working with external stakeholders around OD.
Responsibilities:
As the successful candidate, you will have strong working knowledge of best practice in organizational development, including EDI, team and leadership development and staff engagement. You will have a track record of developing and delivering OD projects and activities, working across organisational boundaries, along with excellent planning and delivery skills.
You will also have strong communication skills, with the ability and confidence to run facilitated development sessions for teams and leadership, as well as being able to develop and manage key relationships effectively, commanding respect and credibility around organisational development.
