Requirements of the role

This role can be based at any of our office locations: London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, York, Glasgow. At ORR we have adopted hybrid working and are currently expected to work from a workplace location for a minimum of two days per week or 40%.

At the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) we are looking for a Performance Analyst to join our Corporate Operations team. Corporate Operations leads on finance, HR, IT, security, estates & organisational changes. The ORR is relatively small, so colleagues working in this directorate have a hands-on role in daily operations & a strong understanding of how we work.

The Finance team covers finance, procurement, business planning, business management, internal audit and financial governance. As a result of these activities and its position at the centre, the team works closely with all directorates within the ORR.

Reporting to the Strategic Finance Manager, the Performance Analyst provides high quality analysis, reporting and insight across Corporate Operations. The role supports finance, HR and corporate projects by bringing together data from multiple sources to enable effective decision making, performance management and continuous improvement across ORR.
