The role

You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our quality assurance programme, helping to ensure our services meet high standards and operate efficiently.

In this role, you’ll assist with a variety of tasks including data collation, reporting, and supporting quality assurance projects. You’ll gain hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, contribute to internal moderation processes, and help evaluate activities for continuous improvement. With guidance from experienced Quality Assurance Managers, you’ll develop your skills in a supportive environment while making a meaningful contribution to the team’s success.
