Job description
As a Remedies Manager, you will play a key role ensuring the CMA’s interventions have a positive impact.
You will be responsible for identifying cases for enforcement and enforcing the law for the protection of consumers.
You can expect to be involved in:
- Monitoring compliance with remedies
- Investigating non-compliance with remedies
- Taking action to enforce compliance with remedies
- Advising on the effective design and implementation of remedies
- Reviewing remedies that may need to be varied, superseded or revoked
You may also be involved in consumer-focused advocacy, producing guidance for businesses and consumers, and supporting the CMA in its international role as a leading consumer protection authority.
