Requirements of the role
Our Enterprise Risk team is at the centre of maintaining our organisation’s integrity and resilience. They play a key role in our second line of defence, ensuring that we spot potential risks and tackle them head-on, following our risk management framework. By doing so, they help our executive team make well-informed decisions.
We have an opportunity to join our Enterprise Risk team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You’ll be joining during an exciting period of transformation at TPR, providing the opportunity to work across the whole organisation with oversight on various activities.
You’ll support the Head of Risk and Assurance in developing and enhancing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) across TPR. You’ll be involved in key projects aimed at strengthening our risk culture and improving our risk management practices. This includes working on initiatives that enhance our risk oversight and reporting capabilities. You’ll collaborate closely with various teams across the organisation, including Corporate Governance, Regulatory Assurance, and Internal Audit, to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management.
To ensure you feel part of the team and achieve personal development and growth, we offer a detailed induction, clear guidance on providing second-line oversight on risk, and continuous support through regular 1:1s with real-time feedback and on-the-job coaching.
