What will you be doing?

You will design and optimise data structures for products, refine data flows, and ensure outsourced teams follow data models and best practices. You’ll collaborate closely with FCA Product Owners, Architects, and Data Engineers in other teams, along with Service Managers and third-party suppliers supporting development.

Define and maintain logical and physical data models across products, ensuring consistency and alignment with evolving product capabilities

Streamline end-to-end data flows, optimising data ingestion, transformation, storage and consumption for seamless operations

Collaborate with development teams to implement scalable and high-performance data integration patterns across APIs and services

Establish and uphold best practices for data quality, lineage, metadata and governance to drive accuracy and compliance

Lead the design and maintenance of source-of-truth datasets, enabling cross-product analytics and data-driven decision-making for stakeholders

Champion the adoption of cutting-edge data tooling, driving improvements in data observability, reliability and efficiency
