Job description

As a Senior HR Analyst, you will support the full range of pay and reward activity.

You will have a particular focus on data modelling and translating your findings into management information that can then be used to enable the effective delivery of the annual pay cycle and the development of the CMA reward strategy.

You will develop and deliver complex pay and reward activities by:

  • Leading on the preparation and submission of the annual gender and ethnicity pay gap reports
  • Creating and checking pay data models relating to the annual pay settlement for all CMA employees
  • Supporting the accurate and timely implementation and communication of pay awards through data checking
  • Supporting the HR Business Partnering team on the performance management process for Senior Civil Servants by providing data analysis to support discussions at senior level
  • Acting as the main point of contact for internal and external pay-related data requests and leading on the completion of these

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including internal CMA customers, external experts and other parts of the HR directorate.
