Requirements of the role

This role can be based at any of our office locations: London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, York, Glasgow.

At ORR we have adopted hybrid working and are currently expected to work from a workplace location for a minimum of two days per week or 40%.

ORR’s Periodic Reviews & Monitoring team sits within the Economics, Finance and Markets (EFM) Directorate. The directorate leads ORR’s work on the funding of railway infrastructure in Great Britain, financial and economic analysis within ORR, and ORR’s competition work. The team’s focus is on establishing the five-year funding settlements for the railway infrastructure and assessing how Network Rail is delivering against its commitments. We work closely with colleagues across ORR, as well as with governments, Network Rail and other stakeholders.
