Whatever your role, you’ll be playing your part in creating new energy solutions that are great for customers, and great for the environment.
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to help drive the digitalisation of Ofgem, so it is a smart regulator fit for future energy.

Your primary responsibilities will involve the design, development, maintenance and support of the multiple features on our CRM platform. You will have to ensure that your developments / configurations are high quality, follow standards, are supported and are well-tested, always following ways of working, development standards and DevOps strategies.
You will also be responsible for delivering enhancements to our CRM platform and intelligent workflows for multiple projects and initiatives, continually improving over time. You will help epics, user stories, features and tasks be clearly scoped and understood to enable user requirements to be efficiently met by development. Additionally, you will clearly document your work through designs, code commenting, architecture designs and user documentation/training, which will need presentations to explain the new CRM/workflow capabilities and features developed and their benefit to different user audiences across Ofgem. Finally, you will liaise with other team members, CRM Tech Lead and architects to create technical documentation of each new design pattern to connect the CRM platform with other internal and external systems, data flows and platforms.
