Senior Serious Organised Crime and Fraud Associate

Financial Conduct Authority

Regulating financial services firms and financial markets in the UK, https://www.fca.org.uk/careers

Requirements of the role

The Serious Organised Crime (SOC) & Fraud Team, part of Market Interventions Digital Assets (MIDA), focuses on tackling the most serious criminal harms impacting the UK payments and digital assets sectors.  We work at the intersection of intelligence, supervision, investigations and law enforcement partnerships, using the FCA’s regulatory tools to reduce harm and address criminal activity.  It’s an exciting time to join us. As the crypto and payments landscape continues to evolve, we’re expanding our capability to identify emerging threats, build on our intelligence-led approach, and deliver more impactful interventions across the system. To help us do that, we’re recruiting two Senior Associates to join the team.

We’re looking for people who are passionate about tackling harm, curious about how criminal threats evolve, and willing to think creatively about how the FCA can identify and disrupt them.
