We have an exciting opportunity for a Statutory Trust Team Leader to join our Client Protection team. In this key role, you will lead a dedicated team of financial investigators, ensuring the efficient and effective distribution of practice money from intervened firms. The role

As the Statutory Trust Team Leader, you will manage a team of Senior Financial Investigators and Financial Investigators, focusing on delivering high-quality case progression while ensuring compliance with Statutory Trust Rules.

You will be responsible for coaching and motivating your team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), using performance monitoring and personalised support to optimise individual and team outcomes. A significant aspect of this role involves collaborating with a range of stakeholders, including teams across the SRA, senior managers and intervention agents.

You’ll oversee the team’s Quality Assurance, ensuring correct use of processes and systems, while providing training, guidance, and case direction to the team. This role requires you to make informed decisions and keep senior management updated on team performance, forecasts, and high-profile cases. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and promoting best practices within the team.
