Launch of the Vulnerability Academy 2024
January 2024 marked the start of our second cohort of the Vulnerability Academy for regulatory participants.
The UKRN has worked in partnership with colleagues from the Money Advice Trust and Citizens Advice to develop a six-month curriculum designed to support colleagues working in and engaging with different aspects of Vulnerability.
In every session, participants will be working to address a wide range of practical and common challenges with an emphasis on strategy development, measurable policy objectives, and practical approaches based on consumer, firm, and research evidence.
This year’s participants come from nine different regulators with a varied range of experience and expertise and are expected to graduate in May 2024.
