Overview
This network brings together Chief Operating Officers (COOs) from across UKRN’s members, to facilitate the sharing of information and best practice in relation to Corporate Services functions, as well as providing a strategic view on COO-related topics (e.g. HR, estates, finance, procurement, operational processes, ED&I).

HR Directors
Overview
This network brings together People/HR Directors across UKRN’s members, to discuss HR infrastructure, workplace planning, change management and resource sharing, as well as sharing learning and good practice.
Through the HR Directors network, members also participate in a number of Working Groups, covering specific areas of HR policy. All Working Groups aim to: collaborate, share good practice, skills and knowledge; review strategies and work programmes, to identify joint working opportunities; discuss relevant legislation and government initiatives, and collate data for sharing.
