Services such as energy, water, telecoms and public transport are not luxuries.

We all rely on them, but some people may need extra help to use them independently.

In collaboration with our members, the UKRN have published information about a number of free services that can help provide extra help to those who may have additional needs.

For residents of Northern Ireland, there may be some differences in the services that are available. If you live in Northern Ireland, we recommend you also view the Northern Ireland Essential Services leaflet to understand what assistance may be available.
