This guide has been produced by Office of the Public Guardian in partnership with the UKRN, Ofcom, Ofwat, and the Financial Conduct Authority.

First published in 2019, this collaboration has continued to strengthen, leading to the release of an updated version of the guide.

The guide aims to provide partners in financial services and utility companies with clear, consistent information to support all staff in their work with customers.
